Shipping Locations
Local region: Singapore (Islandwide Delivery)
For corporate or international deliveries, there is a minimum quantity per order to be met. You can send an inquiry to sales@thegreenalchemist.sg to get in touch with our sales department to find out more.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, restricted zones, or overseas territories unless pre-arranged.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days (excl. Weekends & PH).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM SGT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time & Shipping Rates
Standard 3PL Delivery: 3-5 working days, FREE.
Priority 3PL Delivery: 1-2 working days, $7.50.
Above timing are general estimates. 3PL Delivery may be delayed during peak periods*
Surcharges are only applied to specialised or customised orders. Please email in to sales@thegreenalchemist.sg to receive a quote.
FREE SHIPPING are based on active on-going promotions. Please keep an eye out for the on-going promotions available.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout
If no one is available to receive the parcel, by default, the parcel will be dropped off in a safe spot outside the door unless the delivery instructions provided stated otherwise.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via support@thegreenalchemist.sg with your order number.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged:
Email us at support@thegreenalchemist.sg within 14 days
Include your order number, clear photo(s) / video(s) of the item, and the packing materials with the shipping label.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, partial, or full refund based on the situation
Additional Notes: Orders containing perishable items (e.g., certain teas or pet food) may not be eligible for returns if left unattended for too long.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly extended
